- Based in Dubai, in charge of the Dubai’s Office covering all Company necessities in the UAE.

- Amwaj Bouregreg Project Phase 1 in Rabat, Morocco for Sama Dubai. Investment: 120, 5 M €, Total built-up area: 265,000 sq.m. 30 buildings including residential, retail, offices and 2 hotels as a Main Consultant.
- Manama Lagoon Project in Bahrain for Retaj. Two 37 & 35 stories towers, two 5 stories and two 6 stories buildings doing the “due diligence” in Bahrain regarding Local Consultants.
